That Fat Boy Slims – The Ketogenic Diet – Day 27
I wasn’t too bad this morning. Got up fairly easily, took my time as I had nothing to prep this morning either. I weighed and came in at 15st 5lbs again. I felt trimmer, though. I tried a t-shirt on that I hadn’t worn in about a year and it fits nicely!
I packed the rest of my keto pizza from last night and took some almonds as well as a Moose Juice to work. I planned to fast for around 17-18 hours, the longest fast I’ve done and it was pretty easy although I could feel the hunger kick in about half an hour before I hit 18 hours but I managed!
Today dragged like hell and I was so glad to be finished! I drank my Moose Juice and had a handful of almonds through the afternoon.
For dinner, I had a Thai green curry with cauliflower mash. It was really nice and filling – I managed to eat it all for a change but I feel over-full now so perhaps I overindulged…
A fairly bland post today but nothing much happened today, really. Anyway, I’m knackered and it’s time for bed!
I previously used Muscle Food and their amazing deals on meat hampers. I stopped because their meat is low in fat but if you’re not following keto but want to eat great quality meat, grab yourself a great deal and head over here.
Additional supplements such as Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut Oil etc. we get from Holland & Barrett.
