Well, because a terrorist threat has gripped Mega-City One. Albert Sherman has decided he wants to become King and to ensure this happens, he has planted bombs across the city. Albert, a super intelligent child hadn’t wagered on being King for a day however… Nor had he the notion he would be sent off to the Academy of Law…
