Nerdful Things – WASGIJ? Puzzles – The 20th Party Parade
I picked this puzzle up on sale at Argos in a 2 for £20 offer that they seem to run fairly often. This puzzle comes with a free 1000 piece bonus puzzle so technically we ended up with three puzzles for the price of two. Amazon have it available for just over £10 (as of the time of writing).
This is the first WASGIJ? puzzle that actually comes with the solution – the box art as well as a small picture in the bag with the pieces showing the image as it should be but it was still a fairly tricky puzzle to do.
We started the puzzle months ago and general life stuff got in the way and we kept putting it off when we had free time. All in all it took a couple of nights worth of work to do but I think the long hiatus made it .
as we had sorted the pieces as we usually do and ended up losing our train of thought with the lengthy spell of not doing any of it at all.
As always, it’s a top quality puzzle with great artwork and, despite having the solution readily available, it still requires some hard work to put it together. The plan is to make a start on the second puzzle in the box today and try and get it done and published here on the blog so stay tuned!
