That Fat Boy Slims – The Ketogenic Diet – Day 32
My morning wasn’t as sluggish as the past few days – still felt pretty tired and my shoulders were aching… I reckon it’s the loss of shoulder fat cushioning me when I’m sleeping. Although I don’t recall fat shoulders. Fuck knows. I weighed again and I’m another 1lb down. 3lbs to go until the 2st mark. I miscounted t’other day.
I made another bulletproof coffee, had a bath with Epsom Salt (but I didn’t have time for a decent soak, unfortunately). My stomach was quite bad this morning so I was hot to trot, so to speak. Again, this may be from the magnesium but I stuck to the one tablet so I shoulda been fine.
My energy levels weren’t as bad as yesterday but still not quite where I want them to be. My concentration was in and out so focusing on work was pretty tough but I got through the day in a better mood than yesterday and with a lesser headache. I’m trying my best to avoid painkillers and allow my body to try and work through it where I can.
For lunch, I had beef bourguignon with cauliflower rice – it was really nice! My wife made it, just for the record. I had two or three black coffees to try and keep me going today but again, before all that, I found myself having heart palpitations and it’s doing my fucking nut in. I snacked on a few almonds later in the day.
For dinner, my wife cooked me some gammon and I had some salad and home-made keto coleslaw. It was lovely too. Sometimes the simple meals are the best. For dessert, I had a slice of home-made keto carrot cake that my wife baked earlier today. It was farking lush! I could eat the whole thing, to be honest. But I can control myself.
It’ll be interesting to see what the scales think in the morning… #OneAtATimePlease

I previously used Muscle Food and their amazing deals on meat hampers. I stopped because their meat is low in fat but if you’re not following keto but want to eat great quality meat, grab yourself a great deal and head over here.
Additional supplements such as Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut Oil etc. we get from Holland & Barrett.
