Welcome to Prog 82 featuring ‘Ant Wars‘, ‘Robo-Hunter’, ‘Tharg’s Future-Shocks‘, ‘Walter the Wobot‘, ‘Dan Dare‘ and ‘Judge Dredd‘, published on 16 September 1978.

Cover Art Robot: Brian Bolland

Judge Dredd, well, Tweak, makes the cover for this week. Bound and tormented by slavers. The rascals.

My Pick of the Prog in this issue is ‘Judge Dredd‘.

Script Robot: Pat Mills

Art Robot: Brian Bolland

Lettering Robot: Peter Knight

So, as the cover informs us (as well as Tharg in the previous Prog), this is Tweak‘s tale. Delving further into why he is on Earth and what led up to him being enslaved. It’s a heart-wrenching story but it isn’t without its comedic moments. Hell, if intelligence is measured by bumping into door frames/walls when trying to leave a room that renders me dull as fuck!

Prog 82 set free! Join me on the next one to see who/what grabs the pick of Prog 83!
