Borag Thungg Earthlets! Please be aware that this post contains Amazon affiliate links – any purchases made via these links go towards supporting me and my content at no extra cost to yourself.

Welcome to Prog 189 featuring ‘Dash Decent,  ‘Ro-Jaws’ Robo-Tales‘, ‘Return to Armageddon‘, ‘Meltdown Man‘, ‘Strontium Dog‘ and ‘Judge Dredd‘, published on 6 December 1980.

Cover Art Robot: Ron Smith

This cover pre-dates Terminator 2 by over ten years but it reminds me of the truck chase sequence in it.

My pick of the Prog is: Meltdown Man

Script Robot: Alan Hebden

Art Robot: Belardinelli

Lettering Robot: Jack Potter

Nick Stone and his Yujee companions are out in the wilderness. Stone is presumed dead and is formulating a plan of attack. In a Game of Thrones/Lord of the Rings style effort, he needs to gather other forces from across the country to aid him in battle. But, trouble always follows and the Predators come across their camp…

Prog 189 drifts off! Join me on the next one to see who/what grabs the pick of Prog 190.

Florix Grabundae!
