Block Mania breaks out this week as several Block Wars hit Mega-City One. I particularly enjoyed the inclusion of the Rikki Fulton Block. I remember several New Years Eves spent as a kid watching the Reverend I.M Jolly and this episode of Dredd made the memories come flooding back.
