Welcome to Prog 75 featuring ‘M.A.C.H Zero‘, ‘Ant Wars‘, ‘Inferno!’, ‘Dan Dare‘ and ‘Judge Dredd‘, published on 29 July 1978.

Cover Art Robot: Brian Lewis

The cover is cool – announcing the first part of the Cursed Earth board game and Dredd looking a little bit different as it’s not Mike McMahon‘s work this time around.

My Pick of the Prog in this issue is ‘Inferno‘ in its finale.

Script Robot: Tom Tully

Art Robot: Belardinelli

Lettering Robot: Peter Knight

The Syndicate storyline meets its conclusion after all, bar two, of the Hellcats meet their demise and we have a striking panel of Giant and Cindy at their graves paying their respects. I was truly gutted at the closure of this story as I had expected most of the team to make it but I guess it ended as the Heroes‘ story began making it come full circle.

Prog 75 dead and buried! Join me on the next one to see who/what grabs the pick of Prog 76!
